So i ve figured out what is causing the stuttering but not sure why.

Yeah same it micro stutters the game for up to 3 4 seconds and then it ll stop stuttering and work as normal.
Install new gpu drivers if newest then install audio drivers from motherboard manufacturer s website 1.
