Killing Floor Server Not Showing Up In Browser

Help setting up kf2 server not showing up in browser so i ve tried probably a dozen times to get a real live server up and running.

I have a windows 8 box running in the other room hooked up to my router the firewall is disabled and i have the most up to date server downloaded version 1040 with the beta tag enabled. Okay guys i know this is an old issue and lot of ppl have already been complaining about this but i used to run a simple server so that my friends and i could enjoy killing zeds ːmrfosterː now and then.
